As Director of Global Creative Services, Maggie led the development of all creative visual merchandising initiatives from concept to execution in 230+ global retail stores. During her tenure, she led a global initiative in China focused on store experience enhancements, new product assortments and creative programming. This exercise was tested in select doors in 2012 and adopted as a worldwide strategy in all retail stores in 2014.
